Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

We ship across the Netherlands and Europe. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We currently ship to all countries within the European Union. International shipping times may vary between 5–12 business days depending on your location.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order on our Track Your Order page.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping above a minimum order value — this is displayed at checkout.

Why are there no logos on your products?

That is the whole point. Padel Gallery is built on the philosophy that great design speaks for itself. No logos, no labels, no prints — just clean, high-performance sportswear.

What sizes do you offer?

All clothing is available in XS, S, M, L, XL and XXL. Our sizing is unisex and true to size. If you are between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.

What fabric are your clothes made from?

Our performance apparel is made from 95% polyester and 5% spandex — lightweight, quick-dry, and moisture-wicking. Built for the intensity of padel.

Are your products suitable for other sports?

Absolutely. While we design with padel in mind, our apparel works perfectly for tennis, running, the gym, or any active lifestyle.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Please visit our Refund Policy page for full details.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Please contact us at info@padelgallery.nl with your order number and a photo of the damage and we will sort it out for you immediately.
