At Padel Gallery, we offer a clear and transparent return process.

Easy 30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to return items.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging.

Defective or incorrect items: You pay no return shipping costs if the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged during transit.
Change of mind: If you ordered the wrong item, it doesn't fit, or you simply changed your mind, you will be responsible for the actual return shipping cost.

Please note: Return costs are non-refundable.

Contact us: Email us at info@padelgallery.nl with your order number and the reason for your return.
Receive return instructions: We'll send you a return authorisation and step-by-step instructions.
Repack your item: Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documents.
Print the return label: We'll provide the return label after the return payment is collected. Print it and attach it to the parcel.
Send it off: Drop your parcel off at the nearest carrier drop-off point as outlined in the return instructions.

Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Refund: After approval, we will issue your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the amount to appear in your original payment method, depending on your bank or provider.
